We follow the Complete and Limited Mold Inspection standards set by the International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants (IAC2) — the standard InterNACHI-certified mold inspectors work from. Which one makes sense depends on what you're dealing with.

Limited Mold Inspection

  • A focused visual exam of a specific room or area you're concerned about
  • Moisture, temperature, and humidity readings for that area
  • Indoor and outdoor air samples for comparison
  • A surface sample where there's visible growth

Best when you've got a specific smell, stain, or spot you want answered — like a bathroom, crawlspace, or single room.

Complete Mold Inspection

  • A visual exam of the entire accessible home, not just one area
  • Moisture, temperature, and humidity readings throughout
  • Indoor and outdoor air sampling
  • Surface sampling anywhere growth is found

Best for whole-home peace of mind, before buying or selling a home, or when you're not sure where a problem might be coming from.
